Tish Campbell specializes in injury massage and sports performance. She is certified in sports, deep tissue, graston, cupping, and orthopedic massage. Her background is in personal training which compliments her massage style. Tish uses a combination of massage styles to work with her clients and educates her clients in self care strength/stretch exercises.
From playing Gaelic football and soccer for many years, Tish knows what it is like to be injured and understands the frustrated athlete who wants to get back on the field, court, track etc. She believes massage is the best way to prevent injuries and to improve athletic performance. Tish runs with Lake Merritt Joggers and Striders and in her free time can be found coaching cross country with the kids at St. Theresa’s or coaching soccer.
